Happiness Habits workshops are designed to support women to feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to themselves and others. Through practical tools, guided conversations, and a supportive group environment, our programs help women develop skills that support everyday wellbeing and personal growth.

Most workshops run for 8–10 weeks, allowing time for trust, learning, and meaningful change to unfold. Participants are offered ongoing support and may choose to transition into our mentoring program for continued connection and guidance beyond the workshops.

Our approach is inclusive, supportive, and grounded in respect, choice, and encouragement.

Workshop Availability, Funding & Participant Contributions

Our workshops and courses are supported through grants, fundraising initiatives, and partnerships with community organisations. While many programs are offered free of charge to participants, there are operational costs involved in delivering high-quality, supportive workshops.

In some cases, a small participant contribution may be requested. Where this applies, we are committed to ensuring accessibility and are always open to discussing individual circumstances and support options.

Program availability is subject to funding and resources at the time of delivery. We actively seek funding opportunities and collaborative partnerships to ensure our workshops continue to meet community needs.
